Terms & Conditions — 6666i

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. The 6666i platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any of the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 6666i reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from certain other jurisdictions may be permitted subject to local law compliance, but 6666i's primary market and regulatory focus is the Indonesian player community.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. Persons who are subject to legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity are not permitted to register.

2.4 Not a Restricted Person. You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction, a current or former politically exposed person (PEP), or an individual subject to international sanctions lists, including those maintained by the UN Security Council, OFAC, or equivalent bodies.

2.5 Employee Exclusion. Directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 6666i and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a Member account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3.1 Single Account. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 6666i platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 6666i uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. All activity recorded under your account is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Password Standards. Your password must meet the minimum security requirements specified at the time of registration. You should change your password regularly and immediately notify 6666i support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.5 KYC Verification. Before your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at our reasonable discretion, 6666i may require you to complete a KYC verification process. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — must be government-issued, current, and clearly show your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), or card used to make deposits — sufficient to confirm ownership.

3.6 Verification Timeline. Standard KYC review is completed within two (2) hours for accounts submitting complete documentation during WIB (UTC+7) business hours. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawal processing is held pending verification completion.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 6666i platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Member's payment provider.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 6666i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

4.3 Deposit Confirmation. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by 6666i's payment processor. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. 6666i reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. 6666i charges no fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal caps apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Requests exceeding these limits must be split across multiple transactions or processed via a manual review by the payments team.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from accounts or payment instruments not belonging to the registered Member are prohibited. 6666i will reverse such deposits and may close the associated account. 6666i accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of third-party payment attempts.

4.7 Dormant Account Policy. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). A monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from the dormant account's Real Money Balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Members will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 6666i are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, certain togel pool products, and low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward fulfilling the Wagering Requirement.

5.3 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional offers are intended for one use per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse syndication, and pattern wagering designed to minimise risk while fulfilling Wagering Requirements — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the account without notice. The validity period begins at the time the bonus is credited to the account.

5.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from Bonus Balance is capped at five times (5×) the original bonus amount.

5.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. 6666i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the 6666i platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, togel pools, capsa susun (Chinese poker) rooms, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical dealing by trained human dealers under surveillance. All outcomes are provably fair and independently audited.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of any game round or bet, 6666i reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's Real Money Balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a governing principle for all electronic gaming products on the platform.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules. All sports betting — including BRI Liga 1 football markets, EPL and Champions League fixtures, badminton tournaments, MotoGP races, and e-sports events — is governed by 6666i's Sportsbook Rules document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Mix parlay (accumulator) selections and Asian handicap (voor bola) bets are subject to the specific rules detailed therein.

6.4 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published results of the corresponding pool operators (Hongkong, Singapore, Sydney). Any discrepancy between the source result and the displayed result on 6666i will be resolved in favour of the official pool operator's published result.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's default rules. 6666i is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device failure, or any other factor outside 6666i's control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6666i platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Member account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to complete Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sportsbook market.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, exploits, or any automated software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or e-wallet provider for any deposit made to 6666i. Members who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and outstanding chargeback amounts pursued through all available legal channels.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 6666i staff, support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another Member, a 6666i employee, or any other person or entity.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 6666i platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphic assets, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, data, and audio-visual content — is the property of 6666i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. 6666i grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 6666i platform or its content without the prior written consent of 6666i.

9.1 Platform Availability. 6666i aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or Force Majeure events.

9.2 Gaming Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. 6666i accepts no liability for any financial loss you incur as a result of wagering on the platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and that this risk is inherent to gambling activity.

9.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6666i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

9.4 Third-Party Services. 6666i is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment processors, game software providers, or telecommunications providers whose services form part of the platform infrastructure.

9.5 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 6666i's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting 6666i support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers must be settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests processed. Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

10.2 Suspension by 6666i. 6666i reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Member is under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the closure of the account.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Bonus Balance and any promotional credits are forfeited upon suspension or closure for cause. Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific circumstances of the closure.

10.4 Self-Exclusion. Members experiencing difficulties with gambling behaviour may request self-exclusion through 6666i's Responsible Gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and reactivation requests will not be honoured until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. 11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6666i holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

11.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising out of or related to the platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 6666i support at [email protected]. 6666i will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

11.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

11.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration against 6666i.

12.1 Right to Amend. 6666i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://6666i.vip/terms-conditions, together with the effective date of that version.

12.2 Notice of Changes. For material changes to these Terms, 6666i will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and via a notice displayed on the platform. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 10.1.
